How will msi 990fxa gd65 suffice?

I have a corsair GS700. My gpu is Gtx 560Ti Zotac. I think I'll opt for the m5a97 because it sounds promising. There's this board, msi 990fxa-gd65. How's it? Because I am getting it for quite cheap.
