There is a jumper (J17) next to the memory slots and agp slot. Refer to 2-3 in the manual. Remove the jumper to use the 133 fsb. Rod

Maybe you can try the 1.20A driver from viahardware under AC97 Audio Drivers. I had no problems installing the audio drivers from the cd though. Hope this helps. Rod
