a very wierd thought i just had. was considering that google is basically as close as you'd get to being a "contents page" for the entire internet. Except that i presume it doesn't actually "exist" as a contents page, but it comes up with it's results after you enter in your search phrase...

i use keyboard only, fine. PROBLEM i have just run the 4MB patch, and now the game hangs with a mouse pointer over a blank screen. i've just emailed EA and told them about it - has anyone else experienced this? when i ran the patch i got "missing or invalid registry entry" d'oh.

i have an 80mm rear fan. both sides of the case are off at the moment (my comp has about £150 worth of silent pc kit installed :D no reason to add panels tbh). ambient temp is about 25, system temp (according to gigabyte SIV) is 45C (hmm) cpu is 62C at the moment.

i think mine will be about 65C which is warm (whil;e playing mp3s). believe threshold is ~ 85C. just wondering, thanks. :)
