Quick note...it's $449 AFTER $50 mail-in-rebate. It's $499 before it. Which makes it a better deal, but definetly not "hot" for a card on par with a similiarly performing and priced 7900GTX.

So far so good with XP64. Almost all apps play fine with 64. Drivers have been a giant PITA with XP64 if you have a TV card or a slightly older printer/other device, but that should be somewhat alleviated with Vista since it will have widespread support.
