Snagged a M500 480 gig for $229 from Amazon last week, using it for just Steam games.

I updated mine last night and now I get audio but no video in both Firefox and IE 8. I will try to uninstall Flash and reinstall it tonight.

I use Teamviewer to help friends and family, it works pretty good and its free. A nice option is you can run it as standalone program or install it. http://www.teamviewer.com/index.aspx

I had the same problem in Windows 7 beta, I located the files and went to the properties tab of those 2 files and set them to run with admin status and it solved it for me. And in Vista 64 I just unchecked the box about always ask before running and it never did it again but I have the UAC...
