Is it similar to Mario Odyssey in that the game doesn't even really open up until after you beat the main game? Once you beat Mario Odyssey you realize that it's like 25% of the content of the whole game.
Wrapped up converting one of my Rush 2049 cabinets with an LCD monitor in anticipation of turning it into a racing emulation cabinet in the next month or so. I think it came out very well and nearly looks stock IMO. Now I have to do it to my other one.

I really liked the way it was going and loved all of the cameos of pro golfers and just everyone else, and it was basically a huge nostalgia fest, which I was fine with, but it just got really dumb and way too far fetched and over the top that it just went downhill so...
I thought it's more like Odyssey in that you have your own levels that are open to explore, versus being a fully open world game.
Is it like a real open world game like the Zelda games on Switch?
Videos that I saw actually didn't look that interesting to me. The whole "break everything" seems like it's going to get old quick. But... everyone that's played it on previews and stuff said it's great, so I'm definitely curious to hear what people who are your every day gamers say about it.
Yeah it's getting rave reviews. I want to hear reviews from real people first though. I don't really trust "professional" reviews when it comes to AAA big titles. But the consistency is definitely there.

That was my problem with it. It was marketed as a vampire movie and that "part" of it was completely underwhelming. Had it been marketed as all the other stuff you mentioned I probably would have a different opinion about it as a whole.
Sinners could have been like 90 minutes shorter. The beginning dragged on big time and finally when "it" happens it's pretty underwhelming. I just did not get the hype.
