Everytime I restart or shutdown my comp, I get a BSOD that says: A Driver is attempting to access memory beyond the end of allocation WMIINFO.SYS Stop" 0x000000D6 I have tried diabling WMIINFO.SYS in services and I still get a crash... Anyone know what this is and/or how to fix it?

oh, and the BIOS is reading the processor fine.. Proper ID, Athlon 3200+, 400 MHz FSB, etc.

The voltage is set at +.2v which is the max adjustment the mobo allows, its approx. 2.78 v currently. Unless I'm an idiot, I see NO settings whatsoever to adjust the CL settings.
