Um, about the power cord, I can't unplug it. Is there a particular way to unplug it or am I just weak sauce?

I currently have a Sony CRX300E installed in my Shuttle XPC ST61G4--an mATX case. I bought an NEC 3520A and I was wondering how to install it. TIA
