Yeah, they're pretty good, but it's pretty hard trying to constraint these expressions to just two or three syllables.

Don't many countries "harvest" human organs from people who've just recently died? Except that in many western countries, they could only collect organs if the deceased has agreed for their organs to be used if they were to die in an accident, etc.
