Check this sound out. The sound I'm looking for is nearly identical to this but it's a bit slower in speed and lower in pitch. I seem to hear it a lot in shows about space, atomic weapons, UFOs, Cold War, etc... I've looked around for it everywhere but no luck. :(

I've started recording gameplay footage with FRAPs (full version), but my framerate takes a serious hit. I forgot to mention that I guess. IRC works fine without the router when I'm hooked directly to the cable modem. I just added the router to the system a few days ago and that's when the problem started.
