well its sounds stupid but give a try, defrag "c" drive ( or where u intsall ur OS ) twice or 4-5 times, google it ( if had a Windows OS search for KB or Fix It for perticular problem ) remove any kind of USB peripherals(phone, ipad, flashdrive) except keyboard & mouse.
