I had same problems too and solution for me was:
I changed the CPU fan cable next to the agp slot connector. (from Fan1/2 to Fan3 connector) This connector does not inform Fan RPM at all to BIOS and it helped.... Weird isn't??? There have been problems with some fans that peaks rhe rpm channel...
I have just the same problems with my KT7-Raid couple weeks ago...
The problem in my case was the CPU Fan that peaks the rpm signal so that mobo's BIOS doesn't like to co-operate at all. Try to switch connector of the cooler to the place beside AGP slot, this should not inform rpm to BIOS at all...
