No doubt!!! GSM SUCKS Here in Salt Lake City too!!! It's about the worst cell phone service I can imagine. I'm so frustrated with AT&T right now I could scream.
My contract expires this month, but I live 10 miles outside of one of the top 100 cities, so number portability isn't an option...
Why NTFS? I've always used FAT32... well... because I've always used it? I don't know the pro's and con's for using NTFS.
Tell me why NTFS is superior?
So, I should be able to format the drives using DOS 6.22 then? I'll give that a whirl.
So, after I figured out that I needed to update the BIOS on my Asus P4S8X mobo, I decided to do a fresh install and get everything dialed in just right.
I have two hard drives: Maxtor 60 and 80 GB drives.
Everything is brand new.
All the drives are unpartitioned, so I decide to set up a 10 GB...
Well... I just updated my BIOS to 1004 and everything seems to be fixed!!! YEEHAWWWW!!!
I've been trying to figure everything out for the past month, to no avail. I guess I should have searched on these forums first. Well, I learned alot along the way.
Let me know if anyone has further...
I'm having the same issues. Totally random reboots and programs crashing left and right.
I had the RAM speed set to "AUTO", but have since switched to 133. Haven't had an issue yet.
It really bums me out that I can't run this board at the speeds the RAM was intended.
Any ideas on a fix date?
