Has anybody had problems with crackling sound with this motherboard? If I use my speakers or plug a pair of headphones directly into the back of the compture my sound pops and cracks. If I were to buy a soundcard would that help with the problem? Thanks for any suggestions

I forgot to put this in. I also made 3 partitions in my hard drive. Drive C is 15GB, Drive D is 10GB, and the rest is on E. I put my windows swap file on the D drive. I don't know if any of that would effect why the computer won't even power up, but thought I should add it anyways.
