I found the answer in this forum ... sort of I DL'd 1009.007 from BIGTOE's site and my VIA bios is now v1.40 http://homepage.ntlworld.com/ad.leach/P4P800%20bios%20files/

Flakk, As I have not done a formal install yet ... where did you find this bios plz ?

I know very little about OCing, so any help would be appreciated. I purchased a new P4P800 DX with a P4 2.4Ghz and 2 x 512m PC3200 Crucial CT6464Z40B I tried the Asus Ai overclock tuner in the bios and set it to 20%, the system posted @ 2.9Ghz and the memory showed @ 400Mhz .... and was stable...

Question .... Has anyone found away to apply the new VIA VT6410 Raid bios update 6410V120.rom to a P4P800 Deluxe ? I have check through the various Web & Ftp sites for ASUS, but can only find the new ROM, but not the EXE to apply it. I also check the VIA web site and find in the VIA forum...
