Very good point about the pure statistics of it all. However, when I see people bringing back in a particular model of phone, quite often, it does raise a few flags. Then when a customer comes in and asks about that phone, I cannot say to them "yeah! it's a fantastic phone." I'm an honest...

Quite simply, I work for Sprint. I figure it works on this forum as a hot deal, because nearly all the rebates and coupons are work arounds, so is working for Sprint.
