i did not try any port sniffer or wat just try my luck by connecting to...
any thing to enlighten me?
<< If you can use a Socks proxy, use the program SocksCap. (Do a regular search for it). If your firewall ports are implicitly allowed, there is an option in mIRC to use a random local port.
