So when you cannot login, delete the reg key, and then reboot. After removing the reg the next time after reboot it should work as before

My experience is that this works for a few days. Hope it's better at your pc :)

This is happening since the last windows update to me also. What I found out now: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Network\z (driveletter) In the registry the newest windows adds some info called UseOptions This was not there before. If you delete the UseOptions then the next time I can login again...
