Anyone familiar with Asus Q-Fan Control stuff?
I just setup this machine with what you see in my signature. Now my question is do I leave Q-Fan Control On with Standard setting or should I turn it off. I tried running Prime95 and the temp got to around 70c and the fan never moved from 1100rpm...

Would love to grab a card that will allow me to play alot of the current PC Games but it's mostly for L4D. My PC is listed below in my sig, I would like to keep it to $80 @ Newegg if possible.
I am building a PC for a friend and would love to give them room for upgrades.

This would leave them with the option to go with a Core2Duo/Quad-Core and 4GB if they decide to go Vista...
Should have been install_flash_player & Shockwave_Installer_Slim. I have never installed them with either IE7 or Firefox running, It has never allowed me to.
You can also do "about: plugins" (Should be together) in Firefox and it will bring up a page that shows you all the plugins installed...
Thanks for your reply, Since you told me it had something to do with my ram I went searching for the problem. I found the issue was inside the Motherboard Intelligent Tweaker (M.I.T). I guess it's like a menu in the bios for overclocking options, It seems that loading the Optimized Defaults put...
When I turn my new machine on it seems to do a couple quick resets before booting up normally. I just setup the bios but I didn't even touch the overclocking options.

Alright I will take the plunge since I have the $$$ available now. I was just asking because I have read about hardware needing special drivers that support 4gb of ram. (TV Tuners/X-Fi) Also heard about issues installing Vista with 4gb and encountering BSOD's.
