    Monitor Opinions

I'm in the market for a 19" monitor. I've narrowed it down to a few, but I'm still open to new ideas. I'd like to go with an AG, but they often seem to be plagued with problems, with a few exceptions. I'd like to hear what 19"'s people own and if they have good convergence, whether...

    BE6-II and Win2000, problems with UDMA66

Thanks guys, I did this, but it turns out it was a problem with having another hard drive in my system. So I disconnected it, and started from scratch, and it worked. That makes like the 5th time I tried to install Win2K on this machine. You should have seen the victory dance I did around my...

    BE6-II and Win2000, problems with UDMA66

I've got the Abit BE6-II (version 1) I've tried the methods at bp6.com and littlewhitedog.com to get the HighPoint366 UDMA66 controller to function under Win2000, but it won't work. I've started with a fresh install, and I've got the drivers loaded, but whenever I try to boot from the device I...

__________-----Windows 98 SE ______VS______ Windows ME-----__________

WinME is definetely more bloated. It has system restore, Movie Maker, and a lot of other things I never use, or I've disable. I've never used Win98SE, only Win98, and I'd take WinME over 98, but since I think I've disabled or removed most of the "features" that offset WinME from...

    BE6-II (v1) changing to RAID

I've heard some people flashing the BIOS of their Highpoint366 UDMA66 controller cards with 368 BIOS and getting a RAID system. Can I do this with my ABIT BE6-II motherboard with the HPT366 controller chip? Has anyone done it? Thanks
