No, he doesn't have a pirated version; he has my copy of the game. We worked out a trade (My NOLF2 for his UT2K3), and he never shipped. Now the guy is ignoring my emails & PMs. Ryan: I'm glad the game doesn't work for you, and I hope you never figure it out. Serves you right...

In that price range, a GF4 is a no-brainer. I haven't checked the prices lately, but you can easily find a ti4200 for what you're looking to spend. Aboout 2 months ago I spent less than $160 on the Gainward ti4200 Golden Sample 64 MB. I've been very happy with it.

AnAndAustin: You said to avoid the Gainward std versions; are the golden sample cards more reliable?

I ordered a gainward ti4200 64MB from newegg, and the next day the 128 MB card dropped to about $5 more. That will make you sick to your stomach... The card still rocks o/c'd stable at 300/600.
