How many keys/s are you getting with RC5?

Holy thread revival Batman! What a difference a few years makes - 187Mk/s on a 2018 MacBook Pro i7 :D

    Sad news re Amaroque

I haven't posted here in a long, long time. This news has pulled me out of the woodwork. Dustin didn't deserve this. My sympathies to Debra and his family :(

Distributed folding has been fixed - need your help to stay in position.

It should be able to. I have tested 3x P4C's (2.4, 2.6 and 2.8) and all run ~3.6GHz fully prime95 stable with HT (tested with 2x p95 clients). This is aircooled and <1.75V. My 2.8C is happily running 3640MHz right now :) Oh, and hello from TheGenomeCollective.....we are right behind you ;)

    Anyone having probs with DNS2Go?

I can get both of those addresses. My DNS2Go site is working well for me and I have noticed no downtime (I run an IRC server from it as well).

    Top Genome-crunchers 28.04.-12.05.2002.

Hey guys, just saying hi from TheGenomeCollective. I used to run RC5 for TA before I decided to run genome as I believe it is a more worthwhile project. I started running G@H over 1 year ago and was turning in something like 50wu's per day. Now, I average 550wu's per day from my home systems...

    Folding@home

I am currently doing the Genome@home project from the same place. I have chosen to run this client as it is actually doing something useful with the data. The Genome WU is enough to last a machine 1-2 days, so the servers shouldn't get a hard time.

So what do you get from overclocking anyway?

Just oc'd the girlfriends CII600. Was running at 900, it is now at 999MHz @ 1.8V on a CUSL2 and cooled by a Globalwin FOP32. It has been stable for the last couple of hours. I will try for more when I am happy it is stable. I will be overclocking my system (dual PIII700@1000) further when I...

We NEED to assimilate this for TA-RC5!!!

    1 Week left

    I am currently running dual PIII700's @ 1G and a Duron 700. I have just added a C2 600@900 yesterday to run 24/7. I will try and get some more Durons for a "crack rack" a.s.a.p ---------------- Phil. Abit VP6 Dual PIII700's @ 1000 2x256Mb Crucial CAS2 @ CAS2 2xIBM Deskstar 75GXP's in...

    Dual T-Birds and Durons

A T-Bird and a Duron of the same speed will run RC5 at exactly the same speed. This makes the Duron real value for money for RC5. ---------------- Phil. Abit VP6 Dual PIII700's @ 1000 2x256Mb Crucial CAS2 @ CAS2 2xIBM Deskstar 75GXP's in RAID0 RC5 Stats

New DNet client- console vs. core view?

This might be just me noticing something out of nothing, but I seem to get better processing in the core view. ---------------- Phil. Abit VP6 Dual PIII700's @ 1000 2x256Mb Crucial CAS2 @ CAS2 2xIBM Deskstar 75GXP's in RAID0 RC5 Stats

    RC5 & network help please

Thanks, that was what I originally had in mind, but I started thinking (I know, I shouldn't do that;)) that with a little messing about (I hope) that I could just have in each machine - CPU, ram, NIC, mobo all controlled by a central machine. This way I can put the "crack rack" outside...
