Noteable differences: The Sager has better CPU and GPU. How much better is it compared to the ASUS? Sager does not have a optical drive. (can always buy a cheap external optical drive). The ASUS has the second HDD Bay for SSD upgrade + optical drive and 4GB more RAM.
