They've had the mouse on display since it was released at the stores in MN. Grip on this mouse would be weird for large hands. I have medium hands and it was weird the first few times I held the mouse.
Wasn't really in the market for another mouse but I jumped on this b/c of the steam gc. Couldn't pass on a really awesome mouse for $35 bucks.

Tech specs on it say color support is at 1.07 Billion. That plus the resolution makes me think its good for photo editing but I'm not a photographer so take that with a grain of salt.
