well it all started after my cousin plugged in his external HDD into my comp. he had done this many times befor, but this time, the blue screen popped up and i shut off the computer. now , after the "incident" everytime i turn on the computer I get a blue windows screen telling me my hd volume...

Hey guys I posted on these fourms a while back when i was purchasing my desktop and the ppl here were extremely helpful in showing me what was good for the money. Im not very knowledgable abt this stuff, but i kno u guys are, so i need some help agian. Im trying to put together a good laptop...

say i have a video clip but i want to remove the audio and just have the sound from the clip but no video. So say takin the sound from an mpg, and have just the sounds in the video as an mp3, is there a simple program out there that would let me do that?

Ok my laptop just died and i need a new pc. Its gonna be used for a little mix of everything , internet, regular word processing etc, no photoshop or movie making, but definatly some gaming (cs source, mabey wow). I need something that will handle all of that well and be a good enough gaming rig...

I have a dell XPS and when i place my hand near the back fan area it doesnt feel like any air is coming out, it just feels like theres some warm air around there. The computer isnt having any probs like shutting down or anything but back when i first got it i could usually feel air being blown...

I recently copied like 4 gigs of music to a dvd using nero backitup, now when i insert that dvd and open it , i see 2 large files (abt 2 gigs each) not all the songs. They are "nero backitup" documents. does this mean i can only open this dvd and copy those files back to my harddrive if im using...

What program should i use to burn that folder onto a dvd?, a already have the files i wanna burn in a folder (im backikng up parts of my HD, music, vids, etc)
