Yep... Thanks for all the help guys. It appears that the RAM does fail MemTest. I hadn't thought to check that. Time to send it back to OCZ. I hope they don't want both sticks.....

I was reasonably sure I had tried different versions of the drivers. I do have 77.72 on there, just installed 77.76. Thanks for the info, hope this helps.

Oh, and I should add there's no over clocking or anything like that.... I'm sure someone will ask. Drivers are up to date as is BIOS....etc etc
