Hi, I got a new contract for internet a 50Mb speed, but internet felt slow so I open the task manger of W8 and it says that I am downloading at 20-25Mb/s but generally on steam I only get 2-2,5Mb/s, on torrents I get the same and general download it is alway more or less that. Funny thing...

You could install Linux and get a much better web browsing and multimedia experience! Maybe even play some Steam games for Linux.

I would blame 32nm vs 22nm, their CPU as they are would be really good on 22nm (~half the die size and lower price) and its expected power usage (~30-40% less)!

Personally I feel that cinebench is a great indicator of how well video/audio editing software answers in real time editing scenarios in stuff like reaper or vegas. Althought I can almost only try lower end cpus :'(
