The mobile Athlon 64 and motherboards

Hi I'm interested in getting a mobile chip does anyone know if the zalman cpu water block (provided with the zalman reserator) fits with a heatspreader-less cpu in a dfi lanparty nf3-250 board? thanks :) PS
