Official page shows 1 year warranty. Because it's at Costco, that may be OK. Anywhere else, and no thanks.

get back some $$ from Micro$oft (if purchased M$ products between 2/18/1995 - 15/12/2001; CA, FL only)

The whole point of the suit is that no, you didn't have a choice to not buy the MS software when buying a new name-brand PC. Just try to buy a desktop or notebook without Windows installed back then. Even today, it's still hard to buy a new system without paying the Microsoft tax. Sure, the...

OMAX Sales Flyer: 6/22/2003 - 6/28/2003 (10 DAYS ADVANCED NOTICE from today: 6/12!!!) [SALES FLYER SCAN ADDED]

Just got back from Omax. Picked up the WD 120G. The manager accepted a printed $30 off $150 coupon from their site, plus the drive rang up as $159.99 at the register instead of $169.99. So, $129.99 + tax, minus $70 in rebates. (I hope!) Not FAR, but not too bad. :)

    CC - WD 120G for $79.99 (After 2 MIR's)

    CC - WD 120G for $79.99 (After 2 MIR's)

The CC flyer in the newspaper shows a WD 120G for $89.99 after 2 rebates. $169.99 -$10 -$70. But, online it's selling for $159.99 - the 2 rebates. It is the 8mb buffer model. Not as good as the OMAX deal, IF you can use a $30 coupon at OMAX, but if you can't then it's better. Not as good as $10...
