I have reset the bios twice due to system crashes trying to overclock. Thanks for the idea and the welcome:)

Recently installed a sempron 3100+ with a soltek sl-k890-754G. updated bios to reflect the new E core. Currently running xp pro with 1 Gb PC3200 (corsair xms). Windows and CPU-z both show I am running at 1.2 Ghz with a 133.3 FSB. Bios shows FSB should be at 200 which would bring it up to...
