    I don't think 'C2' stands for CAS2, but infenion(is the spelling right?) is really good, it is manufactured by Siemens. One of the most overclockable DRAM chip in the world :)

    The CAS value of the DRAM under a specific freq is recorded in SPD, you may have a look at it via SANDRA2001 etc. Actually, CAS is described in the data sheet according to the marking of the chip. And as far as I know, most DRAM chips marked "-7" can only work under 133MHZ, CAS3. But...

    Dell P991 is made by sony, but I heard that P991&G400 are not exactly the same, P991 is somewhere omitted.

    Maybe MX can run on you super7 board. But GTS ... I don't know.
