Could be the NIC in her machine, usually when they at the beginning of the end, they will start sputtering out broadcst packts like mad. The hub/Router will then usually partition them out while this is happening. I might try a new NIC in that machine and test it for a few days.
I would stick with installing the OS while connected to the ATA66 controller, then install the Promise drivers and move the drive to the 100 controller. Once you've done that, Install the second drive and run disk management to set up the RAID. To the best of my knowledge, you cannot configure...
As I understand it. The overstock of PC-100/133 SDRAM is close to out. Which will create more demand. This in turn will drive prices up. In fact last week a few news sources were citing an ever so slight increase already. We've enjoyed ridiculously low prices now for months. So....my point is I...

You could do it by installing Remote Installation Services on your CD-ROM enabled machine, provided it is Win2K Server. This will assist you with setting up a distribution directory to which you can connect to install Win2K over the network. It is recommended that the distribution directory be...
Subnet mask is incorrect. Right now those two computers are not local to each other. Change the sub on the client to 255.255.0.0 and all should be good.
