What the heck is DIVX? Things seem to be pointing toward the XP op system. Got a reply from Gateway support today and they recommend an op sys install using Repair option, which I've not yet done. Other people are saying start all over with format, install, etc. Virus-checker was run...

(To my knowledge) I'm not directly using Windows Explorer, unless it's really running when I open Word or any straight application. Maybe somebody will tune in and help, huh?
