Video driver always crashes when I start from sleep mode. System either freezes or crashes to a white or tiled screen where I must hard reset. This only happens when I shoot from sleep mode. Any ideas why this is happening? Card: XFX 6950 Unlocked @ 960/1400 @ 1.25V

I swapped in a brand new 6950 into the system, same. Don't have a monitor at the moment but I highly doubt it has anything to do with this.

Why would somethign be wrong with the monitor or the card when they can boot into the HDD just fine?

I don't see the relation to the PSU? I did mention the system boots fine from the HDD into windows 7. It's the bootable windows 7 set up process that's giving me this headache. How can this be the PSU?

I also removed my HDD and used a Seagate Barracuda HDD (data HDD, no OS) and tried to format that but same. So it indicates this is irrelevant to the HDD.

It's not just the heat with these chips. I believe its just that high voltages degrade it due to electron migration. That's what I know. But really the question is; what is causing the blend test to BSOD?

Got my i5 running at 4.7 GHz at offset +0.050 (leading to a vcore of 1.344 under load in CPUz). It is OCCT CPU test stable for 3 hours and prime95 stable (small FFTs). My RAM is rated at 1600 9 9 9 24 @ 1.5V. I set it manually and run 3 memtest intstances, 0 errors after 100% coverage...
