I didn't even think about checking out the reviews on newegg. Thanks for mentioning that. I'm snagging my older computer from my friend and i'll try that psu. Hopefully thats the case.

Note I'm not getting any beeps from the computer. I've disconnected both 4pin and 24 pin power and same results.
