I had a Snake River Farms Wagyu filet this past weekend, for my 31st wedding anniversary. As steaks go, it's fairly expensive. For the 2nd year in a row, I've told my wife no anniversary gifts - just let me get the Wagyu. It literally is the most delicious food of any type I've ever eaten.

Simply put, exercise has a cumulative effect on the body. Stopping for any amount of time is a loss of ground that was difficult to gain.
