I've been burning with these since I got my burner....150 discs later, the only bad burns have been my own fault (trying to squeeze too much video on a disc). I've gotten them to burn at 2x as well. I love 'em. Bought 4 packs yesterday...going back for more later this week.

It would be less than $13 a YEAR....not a month. Tivo is $13 a month. ReplayTV becomes 99 cents a month after 3 YEARS....considering you're getting the unit for $150 with 3 years' service already included, that is NOT a ripoff. Considering regular price is at least $350, you'd have to own this...
