Good news. Ran Driver Cleaner Pro and Regcleaner before installing 91.47 and now I get ~60K in Aquamark3. Not as huge an improvement as I thought I'd get but definitely noticeable. 3DMark01 is now at 21.3K which is another welcome fix so overall kinda happy at the moment. I've got other...

Haven't tried OC yet, last thing I want to do is toast the card through carelessness at this stage. I have down-clocked it though to 445 MHz (Core) and AM3 still only gave about 50k :disgust:. I've heard some good stories about OC on the PCI-e version though I'm doubtful that it will hold true...

I use a passive 6600GT and 6800 and those can hit ~100C on a hot day but run fine. With your temps I wouldn't worry about it.
