Well I'm not surprised they are adding LAA support, it's almost required at this point just to make mods useable(this was also the case with Oblivion if you installed large mods like FCOM and several others).
Seconding this, though both games are only good for one play through., but at least you can get 100 hours or even more out of one play through. As to Fallout 3 or New Vegas, I know Fallout 3 has some good mods, not sure what there is for New Vegas.
