I upgrade my Sempron 3000 to a Athlon x2 5200 Brisbane, now i can get 250 FSB on motherboard easy, my Sempron was the problem. I had tested x2 5200 2.7@3.0ghz and it's stable, rock solid :D

I had the same problem here, just remove the battery and try to boot without it, and the system will boot succesfull, after shutdown and put the battery back... I registered me just for answer you question :D I hope this info can help...
