There isn't. However, I was able to fix the problem by moving the video card to the second PCIe slot. But now the WARN_LED is glowing red on the mobo because I haven't plugged power into the EZ_PLUG which is used for SLI. Nothing to worry about if it works, right?

Definitely another vouch for the X1950XT. There is no telling how DX10 games are going to run on the first generation DX10 cards. Plus very few games have been released that require DX10. Actually, isn't it only Shadowrun? That game has received mediocre reviews as well. Plus some cracker...

I'm in the same boat. Any of the GA-965P boards look good and are in the low end of your budget. I have been considering the DS3 myself.

I believe you can. I've run my 6600GT in the second slot before without any issues whatsoever.

Just installed the NB47J today and oh boy what a huge difference in noise level! I just registered to thank every user in this thread for contributing, especially the pics helped me a lot being a rookie and all ;)
