Thanks for the reply. I know, i will get the mobo changed tomorrow. So how do i do that? I'll locate to jumper and connect it, so far so good, but how do i test it? how do i find out if spdif output is working? That's the thing i am worried. OS is WIndows XP btw. thanks again!
