So, the 1024 MB Cache size is not significant enough to spend the extra $60 for the Athlon 64 3200 over the 3000. In addition, do I really need the PC 3500 RAM over the PC 3200 RAM if I am not overclocking. Also, what is a good silent hard disk drive? Thanks

We all posted at the same time, sorry. I do not own a FX 5900 right now. I also chose that because it was cheaper. I will be purchasing the other 512 MB in a couple months after I build the system. I am low on cash.

The reason I chose the GeForce FX 5900 over the ATI Radeon 9800 is I will be using it for OpenGL applications more than DirectX applicaitons. Is the PSU strong enough, too weak? Also, do I need any other cooling devices (for video card?)? I will be doing no overclocking. Thanks again.
