it is most likely the media.. ive had that happen to me. (it works on one cdplayer but not the other) sometimes new batch of media will not work or what not. weird. it could also be the speed at which you are recording the media, try something at 2x/1x then you will definately know its the...

someone explain, i'm looking for a new tv to buy (hopefully under $1000, willing to go more if its worth it) but i don't know all these different terms and what do they mean. what tv's are typically good? what does wega, hdtv, trinitron stand for? which technology is better/best and why? someone...
