    Upgrading graphics card

    I am currently running the 6800 gs pci-e x16 and am thinking of upgrading my card my limit on spending is 250$ my PC specs are: Asus A8N-SLIR CPU: AMD3500+ 2 gigs of corsair ram or should I get new motherboard new cpu and buy more ram? and keep the graphics card:confused:
