I recently bought a Promise ATA 133 controller card, and I need help on how should i hook up the hardrives and cd-rw and dvdrom I have 3 harddrives, and 1 cd-rw, and 1 dvdrom, how should I hook them up?

I have a Albatros G-force 4 Ti4200 128 mb, and i was thinking about OC'ing it... but I don't know how to do it, do I need software, where can I get it? How about fan? do i need it? and how can I test the performance? Help me~ Thanks~~
