"You can't use 9x drivers on an NT platform" Oh come on.. yes, of course I know that, and yes, I have checked the creative faq.

"if it's not broke, don't fix it" Actualy it is, "If it's not broke, tweak it". So if you got access to it through a license bought at work (like myself) try it :)

whistler is NT architechture, use the 2k drivers for it.

Seems that my computer realy doesen't like it... no idea what it is, but after some fooling around I got it to work in my server (133mhz piece of crap working as firewall), it's a Creative Ensoniq AudioPCI (ES1371 chip) card, but in win2k... I can get it to hang when I play, play without sound...

try getting another set of drivers for your screencard... 5.23 / 5.22 for example. And I get the mouse pointer on the screen when I boot from my pci screencard to enable dual monitoring.

I got one, the ram is marked: Winbond 952SA W986432AH-55 It's running at the standard speed of 190c/180m. And I can't get it that far either, it can run without a problem but it has artifacts. I'm running at 198c/190m now.
