I submitted my Viking rebate back in November 2001. They said they received it, but still haven't send me the rebate. I've called many times and the rebate fulfillment company keeps blaming Viking. What do I do?

They are pretty good, but only one per person though. They have a few colors. The silver ones were the coolest.
