Is there an application for win XP that performs like Ready Boost in Vista? That is, use a pendrive as RAM?

I have a mpg video, ripped from a dvd that is abt 30 min and spans 1.3GB. I need to reduce the file size to abt 600-650 MB, so that it should be viewable on TV when burned as a VCD.. I need help soon guys..

My domain name, www.sriraminhell.tk is hosted by Freewebspace.com. When i try to get my site verified, i get the following error : " NOT VERIFIED We've detected that your 404 (file not found) error page returns a status of 200 (OK) in the header."...
