Thanks so far.... I have tried the dos one and get the error .... write fault error writing device lpt1 Does this mean I need a new M/board ??? Checked all the ink ect and as I said one printer ( the Canon ) is straight out the box, tried differing bios setting etc.... cheers Neil...

My printer will only print out colour not black. eg web page is fine just no black text pictures and pure text reports ( all black ) just shoot out the printer. If I change text to a colour it prints....agghhh!!!!!!!!! Its not ink..I have 2 printers 1 brand new and stright out the box and both...

I keep getting the following message .. The name is already in use as either a service name r a service disply name. I have tried all drivers inclu the lastest on the ECS and Windows sites and same answer. I have uninstalled and re installed lots etc etc. Any ideas at all .... cheers Neil.

My new ECS K7S6A m/b will only report having 64MB of memory. I have 2 Crucial 256MB sticks ( both tested ) and with either one or indeed both the Bios Window Sandra ( this does report them as being Crucial 256 ones tho ) etc reports only 64MB installed . Any ideas anyone or just send the board...
